If peace and quite is what you are looking for, then this is it! This isn't just a rental,
it's our second home, so it's filled with a lot of extra personal touches. Come relax and
unwind in this beautiful Twain Harte property offering two cabins nestled in the pines,
cedars and Dogwoods. The main cabin has three bedrooms and two full baths, sleeps six, and
has a fully equipped country kitchen. There is also a dining room with seating for eight,
a spacious family room with woodstove, and a large child-proof deck. The guest cabin sleeps
four, with kitchenette and one full bath. This studio-like cabin features high open-beamed ceilings.
Twain Harte is the perfect area for year round fun. This beautiful cabin is a short walk (1/4 mile)
to the town of Twain Harte, the golf course, minuature golf, shops, restaurants and tennis courts.
We are located in the heart of Gold Country, so please visit the historic towns of Columbia,
Jamestown, and Sonora while you are here! Yosemite is just over an hour away and is easily done
in a day trip.

Summer - As a guest
at our cabin you'll have Twain Harte Lake privileges.
Twain Harte Lake is a tranquil, beautifully wooded
17 acre private lake with a sandy beach perfect
for swimming and diving. The lake also features
a snack shack, bingo in the summer, and fishing
for the kids. For a change of pace, you can drive
15 minutes to Pinecrest Lake and rent a party
boat for a day of fishing and swimming. Additional
fishing can be found on the South Fork of the
Stanislaus River, which is very close.
Winter - Skiing at
Dodge Ridge is only 20 minutes away, and ice skating
at Long Barn is only 10 minutes away! Younger
children can enjoy a day of tubing and sledding
at Leland High Sierra snow play.
Year Round - The newly
renovated Black Oak Casino is 15 minutes away
with slot machines, gaming tables, a great buffet,
other restaurants and a sports bar. This facility
is top notch with a video arcade and 24 lane bowling
alley downstairs for the children!

ADDITIONAL RENTAL INFORMATION:
- The rates are for up to 10 people.
- Cancellation policy is 30 days with a $50.00 cancellation fee.
- Refundable Security/Cleaning deposit is $300.00, due within two weeks of booking.
Deposits are refunded in full if all cleaning (wash sheets, pillow cases, dishes, bathrooms,
etc.) is completed at check out. Cleaning checklist will be provided at check out.
- No smoking indoors.
- Pets not allowed.
- Available by the week only during months of June - September.

From the San Francisco/Bay Area - Take I-880 South toward San Jose;
Take the I-238 exit toward Stockton/Fresno;
Merge onto I-580 East;
Take left fork onto I-205 East toward tracy/Stockton;
Take ramp onto I-5 North;
Take exit #461 on CA-120 east toward Sonora/Manteca,
continue to follow CA-120 to CA-108 East;
Turn left off CA-108 to first Twain Harte exit,
Turn right on Highland Drive;
Bear to the left side at Sugarpine fork, turn right on Sequioa Drive.
Arrive at top of hill - 18879 Sequioa Drive.
